amazing spot!

the location is great. i walked to the harry potter store in just four blocks... being able to check my bags early was a total lifesaver. the front desk staff was really friendly and informative, and .
the room was quite small and felt cramped. i noticed some hair in the bathroom, not great.

there are many restaurants nearby... madison square park also has dining options. a french cafe called maman provides breakfast close by the hotel.

i had a fridge and a coffee maker in my room... there was also an iron and ironing board available. the bed had nice linen and pillows... they also had soap and lotion for me.

the location was indeed great with easy access to nearby shops and various restaurants! our standard twin room was surprisingly spacious, something i appreciated. a small refrigerator in the room was definitely a welcome bonus. the friendly staff ensured my stay was smooth and worry-free.
The walls seemed thin. I could hear some noise from neighboring rooms, though it didn't severely disrupt my sleep.

The standard twin room featured two comfortable twin beds and adequate space for luggage. a small desk and chair provided a functional workspace. the air conditioning system worked efficiently, and blackout curtains helped ensure a restful sleep. That was important.

The reception staff was available 24/7 and always happy to help. They answered all our questions. housekeeping ensured the room was cleaned daily, and fresh towels were provided. the bell service was quick in helping with luggage upon arrival.

the staff was lovely. i found the location great in midtown. it is really close to flatiron and a short distance from the empire state building.
the floor was so uneven. when you rolled over in bed at night the bed frame rocked, it.). every door is hinged to slam shut, including the fire door in the hallway. i heard this every ten minutes.
